I have had the same experience as the gentleman from Fl -the daleman was shady and the company DOES NOT PAY claims. Routine tests are not covered as told, and the deductible is per occurence - OR - they have some other lame excuse not to pay. BUYER BEWARE!!! And the NASE is not there to help us - just to line their pockets.
