Ripoff - fraud

Ordered the free sample for 6.95 S&H. Then today I find my debit card has been charged 99.90 for something I have not autorized. The free sample said nothing about auto-shipments.

I called my bank and was given an 800 number which only rings busy... Like off the hook. I went to the Internet to the web site and found a customer service number. That number rang to an auto attend which kept me on hold for 30 minutes.

I lucked up on this site and found the non-toll free number. It takes you to an auto attend also and leaves you hanging.

I called the bank back and I am to go in this afternoon and file a dispute. I was told it will take 5-7 days before I will know anything.
