Fraudulent charges, ripoff, no answer on telephone, no answer for emails, filing class action lawsuit

I ordered the FREE trial of Lean Life PM on 12/27/05 and authorized my Visa card to be charged $6.95. On the same day, I sent an email to customercare@leanlifepm.com requesting to be removed from the 'auto-ship' program so that there would not be any future charges. Apparently their customer service department did not acknowledge this, as on 01/12/06, my account was charged $99.90.

This was an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE, and I have contacted the Kansas Attorney General's office, my bank, and my attorney in regard to this matter. We will be taking legal action against this company.

After several attempts of reaching Lean Life PM using the telephone number posted on their website (909-930-3087), I was disconnected several times after sitting on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes and have not once been able to speak with a live person.

Further research uncovered usacomplaints.com which has TONS of complaints against this company! I have had to cancel my Visa card and pay for a new one, because to "unsubscribe, " you have to give them you credit card info AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed in this company, their policies, and customer service practices. Friendly advice, DO NOT order ANYTHING from Lean Life PM!
