Ripoff, Rancid Product

I have used the hair supplement 'Eluhair' for several years, often using the Ordertron Company (Ordertron Net Fulfillment Center). These orders were placed on-line, and always received promptly. Thus, I have been a long-time repeat customer.

I ordered and received my usual 120 tablet (two month supply) bottle, becoming ill almost immediately upon first use. At the time I did not make a connection between the unusually strong smell of the gel capsules and this increasingly severe illness.

Once the connection was made, I immediately stopped the usage. Assuming that this was a fluke, - a one-time incident - I proceeded to place a re-order of this supplement; again from Ordertron. The 'new' product was received quickly, but again, the smell was overwhelmingly rancid. I then checked both bottles (the new and the half-used) and found these came from the same batch.By this time, the smell within the first bottle was completely sickening; just as was that of the 'brand new' supply.

I have made several attempts to contact this company, receiving no response. I have also since been advised that several ingredients of this product, if spoiled, would have serious health implications.

As stated, I have attempted contact with Ordertron multiple times, explaining the situation, only to be ignored. I made clear at each contact, that both bottles would be returned for inspection; which did not even rate a reply. I made a final request for a Complete Refund from this company weeks ago. Again no response.

Ordertron has not only 'ripped me off' (twice...) BUT, has quite possibly caused lasting health damage in their negligence. Prehaps they prefer a lawsuit, which was probably the correct route to take from the very first.
