Ripoff, dishonest refund policy

I went to get laser hair removal here. The cost $1500.00. I felt I wanted to give it shot. A few hours later I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They told me I already signed their paperwork and they had a no refund policy so I couldn't have my money back.

I asked for someone else to talk to and it took 2 1/2 months before I got a hold of anyone. The attorney for the company told me basically too bad I wasn't getting my money back. I have not recieved service or product.

How can a company keep money they didn't earn. I was going to get the hair removal, but I changed my mind the same day and they aren't going to give it back. This company sucks! Please don't use them for anything because you won't get what a consumer/customer should get... Satisfaction or curtious treatment.
