Ripsoff honest humanbeings shop at their own discretion, lets put this con out of business

I purchased two orders that were sent to two different addresses. After several emails, I recieved - as another ripped-off consumer stated - a generic reply, always from Nicholas, and always addressing me as 'customer'. This "person" always said that my package was lost in the mail and another shippment would be sent.

Turns out I recieved one of the packages, which looked nothing like the product advertised, but never recieved the other. Now approximately 15 emails and 3 months later (order placed 08/09; date today 10/27) I still have yet to recieve the other order

I guess I can consider myself lucky to have recieved the sh* that was sent in the one order and I feel for all the others who have been ripped-off. Hopefully some lawyer will be willing to start a class action lawsuit on our behalf that can, if nothing else, put this con out of business. We shall see and hope
