Charles Boyd and his son Scott Boyd have been given a Temporary Restraining order on 9/16/05 by a federal court in California and the restraining order became permanent on 9/28/05.

Because of information obtained through a shared data base, they have taken this information to harass clients of Smart Health Care Solutions an Arizona based company, through letters and telemarketing style phone calls. The Boyd's have also through fraudulent means, accessed thousands of SHCS members accounts and have systematically withdrawn tens of thousands of dollars from the members accounts and put them in a hidden bank account in California.

The financial institutions involved are now actively filing fraud and forgery charges against these two men and their company.

This is a good example of why you cannot rely on the Better Business Bureau reports on a company because at this moment the BBB shows this company to be an upstanding company.

If you have been contacted by WIMG, Inc. Also know as The SMART Association of America be forewarned they may also be attacking your bank account.

The members that they are swindling are people who are hard working people with limited resources and this company is wreaking havoc with their bank accounts.
