Total Ripped offs

This company is a total lair. Their reps present this as insurance. When i received the paper work it was not insurance at all. I called the company and told them I was lied to. That my doctor did not even take this insurance. It cost me 220.00 to enroll and I could not get my money back. So I canceled. At the end of the month of Aug. They hit my credit card again. When I called them, they said I never canceled. The lady I spoke with was very rude and she would not let me talk. To keep them from doing it again in the future I have had to change my card number. These people called me. I live in Tennessee and as we all know Our state insurance was just dissolved. So they targeted us. I have two friends that called them because I thought It was a great deal and they were told the same I was. They also was ripped off.
