Is not giving me my refund, and telling me my ARP does not exist

I ordered Zymax in Februray and then decided that I did not want it. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not gotten my refund or been able to cancel my automatic refill prescription. They keep telling me that they do not show an existing order for the ARP refill program.
