MedsOnLine, Aka PangeaProcessing No response, Ripoff company But Is Billed As Ace Online LLC Internet

I signed up for this MedsOnLine service in May. I was mistaken about this service. I was pretty stupid believing that I could just order medicine over the internet.

When I realized that this was a prescription based on line service, just moments after I realized this was not a service that would work for me, I went into this site and cancelled my service. I've called them and requested cancellations. I've sent emails but to no avail, because just yesterday 7/17/05 I received yet another notification email where my charge card has been charged another $35.95 for a service that I can not use, nor want. I've requested a full refund, have completed their online form to request that and did it again just today 7/18/05.

I am building a file, I have now saved copies of the email confirmation that they have received my cancellation and refund request so we'll see what happens now.

This company is really strange anyway, their website is MedsOnLine.com, however its billed to my credit card by PangeaProcessing.com, and shows up on my credit card as Ace OnLine LLC. The phone number that the consumer is referred to is 800-961-9859 and I actually spoke with a human being today "Nikki" who referred me back to their website to process my cancellation. I did this again, and the phone number is the same as MedsOnLine.com 800-961-9859. What is going On?
