24 hour fitness owners and employees 24 class action suit attornies help us please petaluma ca-they are all thieves ripoff california

This company is getting away with fraud. We paid our membership up front for three years. We were told that we would be life time members for 20 per year after our three years expired. They deleted our membership and told us that we called in to cancel! Liars! We paid $2,000.00 dollars in a check and nobody would help us. I called corporate and there is nobody at coporate-EVER.

We went in and said that we were in here every day for 3 years how can you tell us that there is no record?
They told us that we would have to bring in the contract and prove that we were members and that we were promised that deal.

I hate 24 hour fitness and there's no where else to work out that is close.

They need to be punished.
