Ultralifefitness.com, Tony At Ext. 37 ripoff fraudulent billing unauthorized billing

After being contacted by Tony, I chose to try the "free" Ultra Life Fitness, Ultra PM. I just needed to give him my debit card number so I could be billed for the shipping, which was $4.95, which I did. I was gauranteed not to be billed for 21 days, and all I had to do was call them at the toll-free (800) number they provided.

After a little over a week of taking the Ultra PM, I started having some major pains in my stomach, so I called Tony at extension 37, and left him a message on his voice mail letting him know that I could not continue to take the Ultra PM because "it was messing up my stomach". I also said that I would be more than willing to send the remainder of the capsules back to him, but do NOT take any money from my account, because I couldn't take them, and I didn't want any more.

The very next day $44.90 was withdrawn from my checking account. It had not even been 2 weeks, let alone the 21 days as promised, and what happened to the gaurantee?
I contacted my bank and they immediately got the paperwork together for me to sign for the unauthorized withdrawal.

The statement of gaurantee is fraudulent, Tony ignored my calls except to take my money early, (without consent, and a blatant "do not take the money out of my account, because I CAN"T take the capsules"), and the main mailbox states that it is full and I am not able to leave a message.
