Ripoff Charged me $49.95 unauthorized to my credit card

I got my credit card statement and didn't recognize the company and knew I had not charged anything to this particular card because I save it for stuff costing under ten dollars.
It had a $49.95 charge on it and I knew it was a rip0ff for that reason alone.
I called the number following the name on the statement and they said they would reverse the charge. I still called the credit card company just to be certain and disputed the charge with them.
