Ripoff, rude, unresponsive, not available to contact, unwilling to help

After, not only receiving the trial sample late, I tried to cancel the membership. The only way to contact them was their phone number that I saw on the sample trial invoice. It took almost two weeks before I was able to speak to someone. The voicemail recordings always seemed to have "days off". After speaking to a rude young gentleman, who said I would be charged anyway, $90!!! He was unwilling to help or to understand the circumstance and I mentioned to him I would be writing a letter in response. I wrote my letter and their reply was a mass produced response that gave no personal help but just another excuse as to why I don't get my money back.

THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, and I don't even want the product, especially after seeing how many people say it doesn't work. They don't deserve having my hard earned money.
