Do not listen to the 30 day money back guarantee they offer it is a scam to lock you into a contract. They will not give you youre money back and they will put the amount of the membership on your credit report.

I recently signed up for the trial supposedly membership and had an injury 2 days later and i called to cancel my membership and i was told i needed to send my dr info to the po box on the back of the contract. I did i sent it in certified as stated and i recieved a call weeks later asking why did i cancel my membership i said i was injured and i submitted documentation.

I was told at that time the dr note was not substantial evidence for my cancellation and i would be responsible for the payments. I told her i was injured by a huge hematoma to my lower leg and it could easily form a pulmonary embolis in my lungs or a small clot in my body if i worked out. She said yeah well you still have to pay for this i told her i was out of work for 2 weeks its hit me hard i cant afford a gym membership i cant use, she said well it will be listed on your credit as nonpayment of contract i said how is that i submitted the paperwork and you even called to find out why i cancelled my membership how can you change your mind?

So now i have a derogatory charge on my credit thanks to thier 30 day money back guarantee on tv.
I would never send my worst enemy there, they are wrong and they need to be stopped i have spoke with so many people that got hooked into the same thing. Ita pretty bad when people you dont know say ohhh no not ballys i wish i could have told you never go there 24 hour is better, ballys is a scam.
