Bally's Total Fitness
Bally's ripped me off then sold the contract to a 3rd party company who is suing me anyone want to help file a counter claim

I had originally contacted Bally's Total Fitness to see what services they offered, how much their services were because I wanted to have a place to go to work out. Well, I signed a contract for what I thought to be only a month to month contract, where if I didn't pay I couldn't use their services that month. Well I ended up not using their services & just doing my own workout at my house, or running at the park. Now I have been served from a company called Asset Acceptance LLC who apparently bought a contract with my name on it statting I owe $1233.00 plus interest of $138.83 and on top of that an additional interest of 15%. They now state I signed a 3 year contract & that I failed to pay for services and/or monies rendered to me. And so now I am being sued. I called Bally's after this and verified with them I never used their services, and I recorded the entire conversation (with the employees permission).

I even have the manager of this location on the recording statting he believes me when I say I signed a month to month agreement, not a 3 year agreement but only the 3 year agreement is what they have on file and that is all he can go off of. I am going to fight this in court and even file a counter suit naming both Bally's Total Fitness and Asset Acceptance LLC as defendants.
