Subscription Orders Left Unfilled and Dosing Misleading

Embody gets you to subscribe, you fill out all your requests, and they fill them at their leisure or not at all. By my 2nd month, my NAD went unfilled. They insisted on a form, but the form said I did not have access. They refused to fulfill the subscription, refused to fulfill product orders, and ultimately lied about their products.
They advertise GLP-1 and Tirzepatide, but they do not tell you that what you are getting is compounded with other supplements. Their dosing is misleading and inconsistent, and you never know what dose of the specific drug you are getting.
After a search, I realized I am not the only one with this experience. It is an epidemic and needs to be investigated.
