Very Unprofessional and Rude

Was seeing him SINCE 1987 when I had clinical depression. Only seen him just for med refills, no therapy needed. Just had to start using express scripts and they had problems communicating with Jacobs since he has no email or computer at his main office. Jacobs didn't help me much in getting my meds from express scripts, he seems to think helping you get your medications not in his duties to a patient. Had to fight with him on the phone to get anything done. After that and 30 years of visits, he hung up on me and said find another doctor. Unprofessional and rude, AVOID HIM!
