Bills sent to me and collections despite copay assistance

Accredo Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They put you through so many different people before you get to the one you need to talk to about getting your medications filled. I only have to use them because it is required by my Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance company.

I have copay assistance to help pay, but they do not bill it. Instead they send the bills to me and then to a collection agency. How nice, when you have services out there that help you, that they refuse to bill them correctly. I wish I did not have to use them but I have no choice. When you try to talk to someone, all you get is that this is not their problem. I hope no one else has this problem.
