Warning About a Supplement Promising Three to Four Inches

I want to warn people about a product where they say that when you take the supplement capsule, one in the morning and one at night, you would gain 3 to 4 inches in length in three to four weeks.
I have tried the product but it does not really work.

I don't think there is a capsule out there that would really do the job, but maybe I am wrong.

Can someone please tell me if there is a supplement out there that will really work.

I have almost taken my life because I cannot live with my life this way.
I have a big problem.

I have tried everything, and the only option is for me to go for an operation, which costs between R40000 and R50000.

Please help.
