Groupon poor communication

After my groupon did not arrive I was advised to contact yodel to track my delivery. They lost my parcel & I am out of pocket & without my goods. I should have had my delivery by the 10th. They are still looking into it. This is taking far too long. Its not acceptable. Over 3 weeks niw & I just want a replacement or my money back.
