Was over charged after not being informed that I had gum disease

Facility looked awesome however watch out they will charge you for everything with out asking. Even worse, I was not informed I had gum disease until I received a bill for a special cleaning that to me took no longer than any regular cleaning. When I inquired about the extra charge on the bill I received I was informed that since I had gum disease that would be the price I paid going forward. That is how I found out I had gum issues. When I called to discuss this with the office manager they were very rude with a total lack of customer/patient service. She argued with me about the services I received and what I had been informed. Was way more concerned with the $80 cleaning fee than the fact that she just informed me of the first time that I have a health issue. I told her to send me any type of documentation they had which was none and I informed her that I would not be paying and was appalled that they would allow this to happen. Two weeks later collections agency start calling even more rude wanting $152.00. So while I could have fought it due to the principle of the issue I decided to just pay it and advise as many folks I can to avoid the wal-mart of Pooler dentistry. Also BTW I saw an actual dentist for maybe 2 mins each time I went and when this issue happened I was told they do not take calls.
