Misunderstood Question

I have had 6 visits and only 3 successful plasma donations due to unpleasant stressful system they have. I have sent a separate complaint for all issues. This is my 6th time there, would have been my 4th donation. I misunderstood a question I answered. I have ADD, so I did re-read it just to make sure. The question was "In the last 7 days have you donated plasma (I am thinking yes, cuz I did at CSL), or have you donated at another plasma center." Well, I answered it wrong, but explained my reasoning to the gal. They still wouldn't let me donate and now I have to go back to the donor check process which took a week (I am new to this and I have been trying to do this less than a month) I have wasted so much time at CSL because of lack of communication from staff as well - separate email complaint sent. This isn't worth the aggravation.
