Items not allowed through customs in South Africa!

Nuvoryn pills was bought on internet and paid by credit card, there is no contact number to raise my query with them. I would like them to reverse my money because S.A. Medical control council does not allow Nuvoryn through customs. I used the "contact us" button on website to query delivery and received no answer. On 7-9 I received a letter from medical control council S.A. To say that Nuvoryn is not allowed through customs and they will return to sender. My order number was 33207 from Nuvoryn
