Ripoff 24 hr fitness will cancel your membership if a worker assualts you

i entered the gym and and was looked at strangly by the front desk clerk, so i went to work out and when i was done i looked at a beautiful mexican girl and the black girl looked at me and said " you have had an attitude since you walked in " im a black man and this clerk in black her name is jannell robinson, at that point i purchased a protine dring and as she gave my change back she tossed it at me so i tossed it back and i asked " what the hell is you problem " and she made accusations, lies, ect.

So i left and called the police and was told to leave and then i was sent a letter of terminnation of my contract. The company never met with me to discusse this incident, the entire incident was caught on tape but i was told it "is not going to be seen by you. Can anyone help if you can please call me.
