CSL Plasma
Unhappy customer on 5-20-13 (Monday)

I received a post card from CSL plazma to come back there and donated and they would give me $5 extra dollars. I left home at 5:30am and got there at 6:15am. When i got Monica who works at csl plazma on Assembly street in columbia. SC told me to wait untill 7:15am so she could call the plazma center on Farrow rd. To see when i had been there. They told her i havent been there since Feb. She checked my Id, mail with my name on it and my bp. Monica walked away from a few mins. Then came back and told me she will not allow me to donate there. She said that i can not keep going back and forth from farrow rd. Plazma to CSL on Assembly street. She told me i have to leave and i can never donate there again. I am very upset about with happened and i exspect someone to fix this. I would have not got up at 5am and waist my time if CSL plazma hadnt sent me a post card in the mail to come back there to donate.By the way i still have the card CSL sent me.
