Took money out of account without sending a bill

In the beginning, the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and had many machines. My friend paid an initial fee of $60.00. We would be charged $25.00 per month for both of us.

Instead of sending a bill each month, they just took it out of our account each month. An additional amount was taken out without telling us, for "yearly fees". When we confronted them, they said that was the yearly fee. The manager was extremely rude and insensitive. "No one was paying it, so we took it out of everyone's account." He refused to discuss it anymore.

We went into cancel our membership in December. The manager was very cold. There was no one else to talk to. I cannot find a phone number or anyway to contact the owner of this company. Another fee will betaken out, in January (we only found from a friend whose fees had been taken out without any prior knowledge) because we didn't give a 30 day notice.

I will never go to this business again. I will tell my friends.
