Took out funds not approved

I was balancing my checkbook and noticed 2 deductions that I did not authorize from beachbody 866-370-8219 CA. I called the bank and they suggested that I call the company. I called beachbody and they sad that they did not have my name on any account and they checked the last four digits of my visa card and said that they did not have any charges made on that card. I called the bank again to let them know what was said and they said that they could not guarantee a refund because of it being such a small amount ($143.93 for both deductions) I called the WV State Police and they are looking into it. I cut up my card and the bank stopped the use of my card.
