Ripoff won't accept cancellation Has answering machine can't leave message

All I want is for Boehm-ritter Inc, to acknowledge the fact that I have tried to cancel 3 times now and they keep ignoring me. There creme is just that creme, it is not worth 49.95 or 55.90 there is no way that it is worth 10.00 let alone this exterme fee. Once and for all just cancel my account.
