FoodLovers Good TV promo with some science to support claims then as soon as they have your account info, they take more money than authorized

My family has had problems with health issues. We saw a TV infomercial that seemed to have good info and the right science to support their claims. The price appeared to be set up to be affordable in easy installments.
When I called their 800#, the fella I spoke with took my info including my card # for the payment installments. Then, he spent several minutes trying to sell me on ther support products, their other partner programs, and expedited shipping. All of these had $ attached and I did not want anything besides the basic package. I was supposed to have 6 payments each month for $19.96 and that was that.
This morning when I checked my account, they had taken double that. I was not able to reach them on line but found your report and knew I was possibly the victim of fraud and worried it would be worse once the amount cleared my account. I am grateful to you for posting your report. It empowered me to call my financial institution and cancel my card immediately so no more money dissapears. I will dispute the charge too, but it is probably to late to recover this money.
I know I am "an old dog" but I was hoping for something to help improve my health and what I got was taken. My heart does not need any other stress. So, thanks to you, I hope I have learned a new "trick" and next time I am looking for a more healthy way of life, I need to include a reliable source checker like yourself.
