I have been going to Windsor Vet and Dental Services since I moved to this area 16 years ago for all of our cats medical needs from dental cleanings to annual check ups/vaccinations and everything in between.in these 16 years we have had nothing but excellent medical care - always given clear explanations about treatment options - and efficient, flexible, friendly service from every staff person we have had dealings with. What is wonderful is that Drs. McIntosh and Waugh have been there the whole time!!! They know me and my cats, now totaling 5, and have pulled us through some tough situations. Several cats had serious dental problems, one came through a serious intestinal problem, and others have been treated for heart condition, high blood pressure, behavioral problems, elevated liver enzymes, and thyroid problems, which included removal of a large thyroid mass. I count on them for renewing medicines, buying special food, and various supplies. Have been impressed not only with the knowledge and competence of the medical staff, but also with the record keeping system. I never have to worry about information getting lost - they are right on it. Everyone is a pleasure to interact with - and both times we lost an elderly cat we received individually signed condolence card.
