Ripoff! Rude! Don't fall for it!

I ordered a diet off the internet, which claims that you will loose 9 pounds in 11 days! I went out and spent $90.00 on all of the correct foods. I t never worked! I sent an e-mail to them explaining how it never worked for me and demanding my refund. I received an extremely rude e-mail from them saying that I just didn't have the will power to loose weight!!! Yeah right! I followed every direction! They said I ate too big of portions!!! Ah, actually I didn't!!! I was starving to death through the whole 11 days!!! It's just a ripoff!!! There was no need for them to say degradeing things like that!!!
