Ripoff this company shouldn't even be consider a company they should be call scam pro's because that's what they are

Please don't let these excuse for humans get away with taking our hard earn money. There should be some way to stop them. They let me hear a recording that I have no recolation of ever making, I really beleive it was someone else. But at the time I was so upset, I had just found out my whole weeks pay had just gone up in flames to them. They (rx financial & protel) had just debit my bank account for almost $300.00 my bank had paid even tho there was only. 24 cents in my account at the time of the debit, which I don't understand —how they did that, because I do not have overdraft.

But none - the - less my money is gone. I'm praying that my bank will reverse the transaction and credit it back into my account plus the service charges also. I will let you know. Thanks for being a place for me to vent. Oh yeah they even got my name wrong on the check I don't even write checks, they have Tommy%MY name is TONY.
