Webzen is abusing their customers

To place it briefly regardless of how much cash and assets I'd allocated to these products and providers of Webzen (especially: Muonline) I'd obtained zero to no customer care.

I'm shocked a business such as this is permitted to occur and operate its companies – shouldn’t regulations be much more abiding to people who neglect to provide?
