Anned for no reason

I play poker on pokerstars as does my spouse and child. We just perform the reduced price activities. Primarily 10 dollar games. Our kids pc quit functioning then when she requested used to donot wait to allow her login to her very own pokerstars bill on my pc so she might perform a-game. Following day I'm barred from pokerstars, my balance seized, plus they accuse me of cheating?

The reason being 2 various balances in the same pc? Surly this should occur constantly. I've sent them repeatedly plus they don't react about my balance they have taken.

They appear to be unapproachable.
