Questionable organization

I bought Uniblueis Powersuite application including: Registry Enhancement, Driver Updater and Accelerate My Computer. The Driver Updater triggered my pc to accident and that I needed to spend $130 to a different organization to clean my pc and repair it. I approached Uniblue via mail that will be the only path you are able to contact them, plus they stated I'd get a complete reimbursement, no issues. Within 2 days a "pending" credit confirmed on my banking account also it stayed for 6 times. It's today fallen down with no real credit being obtained. I approached them via mail and described the problem and obtained this "After examining our documents I will make sure purchase 21536440 continues to be ended and returned.". That is it. Don't conduct business with this particular organization. Not just is it possible to not contact them, they just provide digital credit not real credit for piling your drive.
