Purchased software for my site & the crap does not work & refuses to give a refund

Bought application for my website & the garbage doesn't function & will not provide a return. Couldn't actually post an advertisement, or was there an administrator control panel. Couldn't actually vary from their name to my domainname. The poor thing about this was that 2Checkout endured by them. I told them when the garbage might actually function, it'd differ.
