Lousy Tech Support

I've used Incredimail for a long time and also have the paid professional account. It's suppose to become with VIP assistance. That's suppose to imply that after I are having issues they'll repair it. I've had issues before plus they replied often the exact same time.

This last time was significantly different. I'd an issue and approached them. I stated I'd VIP supprt and anticipated an answer, in the end I taken care of this assistance. A few nights later they replied, at the moment my mail was all messed up. The reaction simply appeared to be a booth, no aid whatsoever. I approached them-and informed them that I attempted the things they recommended and today ALL my stored e-mail from decades of with them is finished. All my accounts and bills for bought e-mail plus they NEVER replied. I waited several times.

I eventually delivered them a contact informing them that I desired to stop my consideration, that we did.

The support has truly attended container the previous few decades and that I am somewhat ashamed. I still don't have some of my preserved bill which is their problem
