Missing disc #5 of 6 discs in call of duty 2 for my pc

I ordered call of duty 2 from smartgameshopper.com on 10/08 0n 10/18 i recieved the game. It should have come with 6 discs. It only came with 1; 2; 3; 4; 6; cds or discs. The game is missing #5 disc. It is for a pc. I called them to try and get this resolved. Thay tell me someone will call me. No one called. I called back almost every day to here the same answer we are takeing care of this. I asked for RMA#er to send it back and thay refuse to give me RMA#er to send it back. This company refuses to work with me nor refund the puchase $ of 17.00$. I am stuck with a game i can not use or play on my pc. Next i am going to the BBB and let them know about this. Its now 10/31 thay still will not take of this matter.
