Won't cancel my account after several attempts

I'm at my wits end with this specific organization! For atleast six months today, I've been distributing a contact type to stop my bill without any quality! Meanwhile, they're ongoing to cost my banking account EACH MONTH and that I do not actually utilize their site

It's reached the stage where I'm one-step from processing a using the Better Business Office! If my criticism isn't resolved and solved prior to the next payment period I'll have to just do that! I'm usually an individual individual till I get cheated and dismissed...
