I submitted a online using the Better Business Institution about Characteristics TERRIBLE customer support and issues managing the download. 24 hours later Characteristics sent me to inform me they were crediting back my charge card. We will have if it really comes through.

I create this simply to motivate one to contact the BBB online and document your official problem to ensure that this lunacy from Characteristics may quit.
