Took money and no activation code

I requested the program and was informed I'd get my service code instantly. I acquired an account from their website instantly but no service code. After I attempted to obtain the signal from their store they replied by having an email stating they delivered it but might deliver it again. They never delivered it either period. Prevent the corporation such as the trouble. I want I'd have Googled them in advance and that I might have discovered additional grievances and saved myself these complications.
