Unauthorized charges

We've a membership to Norton Internet Protection that people restore each year via Symantec Corp. The conditions of our restoration HAPPENS TO BE on our time period. We've NEVER registered for automated restoration due to restricted resources on the daily schedule, sooo... We'd restore our membership whenever we had the cash within our banking account. Earlier this April 12 I looked over our bank record on-line to determine just how much food I will purchase for that next 3 times until my partner gets settled. He gets paid only 2xis per month. We thought we'd have sufficient cash to purchase goods for 3 times to supply our 2 kids! But nooo... Symantec required upon themselves to get rid of $49.99 from our banking account... Unauthorized!!! When I contact them-they inform me they'll return the $ to the banking account in 2-3 business days (nowadays is Friday!) I told them I required the cash today-to obtain food for my loved ones! Talked to some boss but still could not get everywhere.informed them I thought they took this cash from our consideration and also to top everything off: I can not purchase the goods I had a need to cope with these 3 times! I also informed them being that they are a large organization reading my crisis they ought to insert OUR cash in my experience today! Incredible and horrible. I want I really could consider appropriate motion but being only a nobody within their globe, my fingers are linked. Pity in it. We shall never employ or suggest them again!
