I offered an automobile fit through ebay. Customer chosen 2-9 business days, regular delivery. Conditions of purchase were 'no results'. The customer submitted a with paypal roughly 5 nights later that product hadn't appeared. I approached paypal to make sure them that product have been delivered and might appear within time period taken care of. I had been informed to not fear since no motion could be obtained until thirty days had past and also the product hadn't appeared. The vehicle chair came inside the proper time period.

Thirty days later I get a contact from papal stating that the change had been already released since the product never came. They NEVER approached me beforehand to alert me of the cost change or even to discover when the product had appeared. I approached paypal instantly to inform them the product had appeared.
