Terrible experience

All efforts to get any tech support team were intended having a recommendation to Unchanged Organization. After I approached Unchanged Organization about trouble in obtaining ArcSoft QuickDVD to work correctly, I had been educated they didn't help this application.

After which after I again attempted to obtain SmartDisk Corporation (who promoted this QuickDVD application), I had been repeated known Unchanged Organization. Therefore it seems to me to become some kind of scam scenario, because no body may believe any obligation regarding any assistance.

The program and equipment contained in the bundle is consequently ineffective because it doesn't perform. I've been careful in pursuing all directions and also have re-saved the program many times. Nevertheless the program stops also it totally useless.
