Digital River
Paid for software download but didnt get it

I bought pupil application from Microsoft through Electronic Water for $59 plus 6.95 for digital downloading. There is a mistake installing. This issue started 10/3/08 and now it is 10/9/08 and I still haven't gotten my download or any help from Digital River. I've delivered them emails a couple of times daily and each response is from the diverse individual however the solution is definitely exactly the same. It's a typical solution which makes so feeling. I'm being informed to click a link so when I actually do, I'm requested to get a code (that we never got).

You then are informed to click another link should you forgot your password and so I click this wishing they'll deliver me another code. However now I'm being requested for my college email (that we do not have and that I never had one).

Btw it isn't required, since I have was handed the download link without before. I've scanned all my bills and enrollment from college to exhibit that I qualified for this application and today I actually donot contain it with no one cares.

There's no telephone number for Digital River. No body actually handles my concerns, I actually donot believe they study my emails, they simply deliver exactly the same response repeatedly again.

People - watch out for Digital River. Our next thing would be to create a to my charge card organization of course if I've to create a different one to Customer Matters subsequently I'll do this to. I've no idea if Microsoft understands how the corporation

Treats their clients. But I'll attempt calling them too.
