Regarding Norton consumer service they have none.in effect I have been hung on 3 times in two days. A so called analyst by the name David left me hanging and another by the name Nobin. Do not buy this product. I will though my computer out the window before ever using any of there products again. To any future users of Norton I am so angry that this is the first time I have ever used this type of service. It is not correct for any company to take our hard earned money and laugh at you. All the way to the bank.
