Norton Internet Safety 2007 update issue!

I have been a Norton client for quite some time with just a few small difficulties with their support similar to additional software packages. Lately, Norton discovered a disease that it might not quarantine or remove. I approached them via email for that answer. Their reaction was to uninstall my Norton item and obtain their newest edition at free. All worked nicely, except subsequently item activation key was required. They never gave me one.
