I am in search of a bed and live in rural Texas. I went the local retailer and he showed the Spleeptronics. I search the internet for reviews and found I should be concerned about their product. I proceeded to call Sleeptronic s and inquire about further information that was not provided on their website. The lady who answered the phone was VERY condescending. She proceeded to ask me if I was a retailer and what I was with, I explained neither. I was a customer wanting more information on their product due to the bad reviews, with a huff she stated “I’ll see if I can get someone to talk to you.” I set for a minute and then hung up. I thought after bad reviews and snotty service this was not a product I wanted.
