Bad service/misinformation

Myself, cousin and 2 sisters have 4 homes is same community furnished with ashley's furniture. I recently both two new beds 8/13 and went thru financing with RAC. Ashley does not follow up to make sure you get what you purchase. They dont care because they already got paid. Today 10/3 I still dont have use of either bed b/c of damage and non-functional. Have been getting the run-around. Since day one Ive been speaking to RAC and the manager at Ashley to no avail. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. I have not been able to use either bed as yet.
